Eets: Cute, yet hungry...

Eet n. - Absurdly cute little thing with an insatiable appetite.

If you have a liking to little cute creatures, or if you are a puzzle fanatic, Eets is the game for you.

The aim of the game is to reach the end-of-level puzzle piece, eating along the way, much like the popular game of the olden days, Lemmings, and their sequels. As you progress through the game, you find that this is in fact, a rather addicting puzzler that you start to spend way too much time thinking about.

Within the relaxing cartoony environment, you are introduced to various problem-solving elements of the Eets world and must strategically utilise them to complete the level. Being too trigger happy may have helped you in games like Feeding Frenzy 2 or Big Kahuna Reef, but here, you really should think carefully about your next move, as it can affect your ability to complete the level, and careless clicking may lead to you bring stuck and becoming frustrated.

Complexity is heightened by the fact that the eets can have particular emotions. Thus, the path to the finishing puzzle piece, while seldom straightforward, can provide an engaging, and often entertaining experience becoming immensly frustrated with the eet for being just that bit too zealous and going too far.

Of course, the cuddly graphics and the dainty soundtrack blend seamlessly with the gameplay, creating a unique experience in the Eet world.

This engaging puzzler has all the elements of a great game. Rather than wasting your time playing games with no helpful purpose, you could be literally spending hours at a time solving the puzzling world of the Eets.

EETS

Eets is a puzzle game in the vein of Incredible Machine but with the interactivity of Lemmings. You play the character of the same name and control its emotions (happy, angry or scared) by hitting it or having it eat certain marshmallows. The objective is always to get Eets to the "Goal" through placement and manipulation of the puzzle pieces supplied by you.

Some examples of pieces include a whale that eats anything around when you click on it and shoots the object out of its spout, a choco-cloud that shoots chocolate chips and a pig that shoots explosive sows out of its behind when it's hit.

I found the game personally to be very addictive and stylish. Most games these days follow a mold and lack originality while Eets returns to the playful and (gasp) FUN aspects of gaming, giving great feel to the game without doing special effects just for the sake of it. Personally, I find it's just challenging enough to play without getting frustrated but I also sometimes try to finish levels without using all the pieces to make it more challenging.

All in all, a great deal for a quality game.

Eets = New Level of Fun!!!

If you're a fan of the old Lemmings games, let me tell ya: You're gonna LOVE Eets! It's the same type of game, get your character from the start to the finish without killing him, only this time, instead of telling him what to do (jobs), you feed him different types of snacks that change his emotions! As his emotions change, so do his abilities! If you make him happy, he'll "skip" a small distance if he reaches and edge. However, if you need him to leap further, feed him an angry marshmallow...which makes him leap further. There are many snacks and other characters that you use in order to get Eets to the finish line (the Golden Puzzle Piece).
I've played the game for almost a straight hour, and I will definitely be buying this one! It's a very well-produced game with great music, great puzzles and GREAT personality! Definitely recommend it!
